What is included in the TPM 2016 Conference Attendee Fee?
Headed into its 16th year, TPM continues to be the must-attend conference for the trans-Pacific and global container shipping and logistics community. Every year, JOC Group continues to add value to the conference including more networking opportunities, additional conference tracks, more speakers, etc. In March 2016, TPM will be a comprehensive FOUR DAY event which will include:
• Three Evening Networking Receptions – Sunday February 28, Monday February 29, and Tuesday March 1, 2016
• Two Networking Lunches and Five Coffee Breaks
• Extended General Session Conference Program: One on one talks with industry leaders, in-depth panel discussions,
• Ten Conference Tracks: Asia, Automation/Technology, Case Studies, Cool Cargoes, Exports, Intermodal, Longshore Labor, Port Productivity, Trucking, Workshops
• A Golf Tournament – Sunday February 28, 2016 (for an additional fee)

When are the best rates available for TPM 2016?
The best rates are available until September 30, 2015. The Super Early Bird rates expire on September 30, 2015 or until all passes have been sold, whichever comes first. The Early Bird Rates will apply from October 1, 2015 to November 4, 2015, or until all passes have been sold, whichever comes first. Advanced Rates will apply from November 5, 2015 through January 8, 2016, or until all passes are sold, whichever comes first. Standard Rates will apply from January 9, 2016 through February 28th, 2016.

I’m a BCO / Shipper, do I qualify for a preferred rate?
Yes! Discounts are available to BCO/Shipper attendees. If you are the owner of the goods that are being transported, then you are considered a Beneficial Cargo Owner or Shipper. I’m a JOC Member, do I get a discount?
If you are an existing JOC Member you are eligible for discounted pricing on the Full Conference Pass at TPM 2016. In order to obtain your discount code, please contact help.events.joc.com.
We will check your Membership status before approving your TPM registration. Your JOC Membership needs to be active through TPM 2016 a and your membership dues need to be paid in full in order to qualify for the discount.
I want to become a JOC Member to get a discount, how can I do this?
As of December 3, 2013, all JOC Memberships are sold on a corporate basis and a minimum of 5 people per company is required. For more information about Corporate Membership, please go to joc.com/help and complete the form.
Do you have any special offers available for The Journal of Commerce Magazine or JOC.com subscribers?
Discounts are only available to JOC Members as part of an existing individual membership or a corporate membership. The Journal of Commerce magazine subscribers and JOC.com subscribers do not qualify for a discount at TPM 2016, unless you are accessing these products as part of an existing JOC Membership.
I don’t see one day passes available for the event. Can I still register for a one day pass?
For the TPM 2016 event, we will no longer be offering one day conference passes. To get the best value pass, sign up for the early bird full conference passes – available until September 30, 2015.
Are there any discounts for sending multiple people?
If you are a sponsor for TPM 2016, discounts to send multiple people are available in sponsorship packages. We do not offer discounts on attendee fees. If you would like to sponsor TPM 2016, contact Tony Stein on firstname.lastname@example.org
I cannot pay by credit card. How else can I register?
The quickest way to receive a confirmed registration is to register online and pay by credit card. If it is impossible for you to do so, please contact the JOC Events Help Desk to find out information on alternative payment options.
Can I buy my attendee pass on-site in Long Beach?
Yes you can, but in order to avoid lines at registration, we recommend that you purchase your pass prior to Sunday, February 28th, 2016.
What happens if I need to cancel my TPM 2016 registration?
Please contact our JOC Events Help Desk for more information. Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by January 22, 2015.
• All refunds will be subject to a $150.00 processing fee.
• Substitutions may be made by notifying the JOC Events Team in writing via the JOC Events Help Desk or in person at the registration desk.
