 Exhibit Guidelines

  • One (1) 6 foot x 30 inches table Should you prefer an 8ft table, please let us know by Friday, April 6th
  • One (1) linen for the table
  • Basic electricity
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) pull up banner or pop up display no larger than 8x8 (sponsor to provide, IHS Markit to approve)
  • One (1) wireless internet connection limited to one (1) device

Basic electricity for laptops is included with your table. Please confirm if needed by Friday, April 6th. If we do not hear from you regarding the above, we will assume you do not need power.




Set Up

Table tops will be located in the Texas Ballroom Foyer. They will be located where the networking breakfast, breaks & receptions are taking place. Set up will take place on Monday, April 16th from 3:00 - 5:00 PM. All shipments received will be placed under the table for you.



Break Down

Breakdown will take place on Wednesday, April 18th from 1:15 - 4:15 PM. If you would like leftover items shipped back, all items must be packed by a company representative and accompanied by return shipping instructions and pre-paid shipping labels. Please leave all packed boxes in front of your table ready for pick up & clearly indicate FedEx or UPS. Any items left will be discarded by the Marriott Hotel. Important Information about Shipping

Courier and Tracking information must be sent to Deanna Vollmer at deanna.vollmer@ihsmarkit.com to ensure sponsored handouts reach their destination in a timely manner.

I have attached the shipping instruction and shipping label as a reference. JOC Events nor the Marriott Hotel will not be held responsible for any items left at the Marriott Hotel post show.



Company Logo & Sponsorship

Unless approved by show management, sponsorships will include one (1) company logo representing the company/brand of the sponsor. Only one (1) logo and one (1) company can be represented in each sponsorship. This includes logo recognition, branding, marketing materials, tabletop displays and backdrops, bag inserts, session drop materials, lounge or equipment displays, and any other Gulf Shipping sponsor related presence.

Please note: We must review your tabletop backdrop prior to April 6, 2018. If you foresee this deadline being an issue, please notify show management at your earliest convenience.
