Logistics Director

Holly Pearce recently joined C&D Trojan as director of logistics. She leads the global logistics function for the organization, from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery to returns and junk battery recycling. Pearce supports operations at five North American manufacturing plants, global subsidiaries, and customers in 110+ countries. She negotiates and oversees all modes of transportation: ocean import/export, FTL, LTL, air freight, intermodal, and parcel. Pearce has remained active in the academic arena, serving as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and on the CX Advisory Committee for the University of Richmond, staying close to disruptive technologies and emerging trends in the industry. She also serves as president of the Virginia International Business Council and chairperson of the Virginia Maritime Association's Cargo Owners Committee.
