Daniela Hautzinger is chief people officer for CMA CGM North America.

Hautzinger brings a breath of experience having served in a variety of leadership capacities for organizations, such as Walgreens and Accenture. Before joining CMA CGM in 2021, Hautzinger held the position of vice president of talent management and organizational effectiveness at Best Buy.

In her current role, Hautzinger is responsible for maximizing business performance through culture, engagement and empowering people to be themselves, be well and do their best work. She is committed to driving results with a keen focus on human capital, inclusion, equity and diversity, organizational design and change, employee engagement and talent management. Hautzinger holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Florida International University.
