Jon Hirschtick

Jon Hirschtick is the General Manager of Onshape and Atlas at PTC. Onshape is the leading cloud SaaS platform for product design, including 3D CAD, data management, collaboration, and integrations to engineering applications and business systems. Thousands of companies use Onshape to design products faster, more efficiently, and more securely. Prior to Onshape, Mr. Hirschtick was Co-Founder of SolidWorks where he served as CEO, Board Member, and then Group Executive until 2011. SolidWorks was acquired by Dassault Systèmes. He has been a board member and advisor at many other start-up companies in the 3D printing, augmented reality, and CAD markets, including Magic Leap, Markforged, Z Corporation, Revit, Liquid Machines, Express3D, and Vela Systems. Mr. Hirschtick holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from MIT, where he was also a member of the MIT Blackjack Team, featured in several movie, book, and TV stories.
