The New Tech Revolution: Where AI Is Already Yielding Practical Logistics Solutions

The age of AI agents is upon us, but what does that mean to global logistics? Agentic AI, as it’s become known in the technology world, essentially pertains to programs designed to act as humans would within defined boundaries, and usually under the supervision of actual people. In more practical terms, agents are intended to solve multi-step problems, the very type of puzzles that logisticians face every day. In this session, technology vendors incorporating agentic AI into their products will discuss real-world examples of how this evolution in the world of AI is impacting core logistics processes, from supply costs and reshaping workforces to decision-making.
