Mike Ringsdorf is the Vice President of Transportation & NAR Logistics at Mary Kay Inc, a company with a platform to Enrich Women’s Lives. Mary Kay sells top quality cosmetics, personal service, and custom recommendations. Mike has been with Mary Kay for most of his career, or 29 years, which is due primarily to the strong culture at Mary Kay. He enjoys the global aspect of his position and thrives in making improvements to the Supply Chain, as well as growing the next generation of leaders.
Mike grew up in Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University with a Business Degree in Marketing. After graduation, he spent time in the Midwest working for Roadway Express, and later held several management positions with Reliable Automotive. He was relocated to Dallas and soon turned his wholesale automotive career in for lipsticks.
When not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with family and traveling. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sue, for 35 years. They have two sons and are new grandparents!
