Teri Griffis

Teri Errico Griffis has worked in the print media industry for almost two decades, most recently as editor of SCBIZ Magazine and Charleston Regional Business Journal in South Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut with a focus on English/Journalism. She has worked with the writing team of ABC’s TV show All My Children in New York City and spent most of her career in magazine and newspaper writing. In 2007, while working for the global corporation WWE, she launched WWE Kids Magazine, which was syndicated in 10 countries. Upon moving to Charleston in 2012, she helmed several regional publications, including the relaunch of South Carolina’s business magazine. Throughout her career, Teri has won a New England Press Association Award and three South Carolina Press Association Awards for her excellence in journalism, particularly in business and news reporting.

    Delivering on OSRA 2022's Promises: A Townhall Discussion With FMC Chairman Daniel Maffei

    In this informal, interactive dialogue with Daniel Maffei, TPM23 attendees will have the opportunity to question the Federal Maritime Commission chairman on his agency’s plans to implement the 2022 Ocean Shipping Reform Act, signed into law on June 16, and other steps to improve resiliency along US international supply chains in the wake of the ongoing pandemic and resulting port and inland disruption. Topics will include detention and demurrage, export capacity, maritime data, and others that attendees choose to raise.
