    Being small brings certain advantages when it comes to the adoption of technology. Smaller companies tend to be more agile, contain fewer bureaucratic layers, and have fewer existing enterprise systems to manage. But smaller companies sometimes lack the budget and scale to invest in systems or the internal expertise with which to integrate and fully leverage the array of solutions on the market. This session will dive into the challenges of being a smaller shipper or forwarder, including what service really means to shippers and how service providers can use technology to enable their teams to deliver it in a personal and meaningful way.
