As Vice President Supply Chain Strategy and Systems at Ulta Beauty, Heather leads three pillars of the Supply Chain organization: Network Expansion, Data and Analytics and Supply Chain Strategy. Prior to this role, Heather was Director Merchandise Planning & Inventory where she led a team responsible for inventory management, sales forecasting and delivering funding margin. Before joining Ulta, Heather spent 10+ years at Caterpillar Inc. working in various Supply Chain roles. Heather earned her MBA from Northern Illinois University and Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Supply Chain Professional. Heather and her husband Kevin have three young boys who keep them busy.
