Joel Henry is the Chief Executive Officer of IMC, the largest marine drayage provider in the United States. Prior to his current role, Joel served as President of Intermodal Cartage Company, an IMC Company, where he led the company’s growth and expansion initiatives across the Southeast for over 17 years. Prior to that, Joel was on the leadership team at Comtrack which was bought out by Hub Group. He started at Comtrack in 1989, took a position at IMCG in 2005.
Joel has a proven track record in the transportation and logistics industry, while driving operational excellence and delivering innovative results for IMC clients. He is committed to providing a great work environment to drivers while meeting his clients’ goals at the largest IMC depot in the United States.
He graduated from Mississippi State University. He is married to Dana and has two children, Erin Ashley and Megan.
