In her current position, she orchestrates pricing strategies across Knichel Logistics' intermodal, less than truckload, and brokerage divisions. Sheila's expertise has been pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity company-wide. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Sheila remains dedicated to mentoring and empowering both current and future female business leaders through her involvement with Chatham University's Center for Women's Entrepreneurship and Strong Women Strong Girls .
