Jennifer Kobus is an accomplished Vice President of Transportation & Logistics at Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer. With a focus on operational performance, Jennifer oversees global transportation strategies, inbound/outbound channels, and digital operations. She manages a larger carrier portfolio, 3PL operations, and freight payment and audit groups. Jennifer plays a vital role in Ulta Beauty’s omnichannel roadmap, expanding in-store same-day delivery and optimizing Market Fulfillment Centers. Since joining Ulta Beauty in 2017, she has driven significant savings and efficiencies through continuous improvement and optimization. Jennifer’s leadership extends to shaping the Supply Chain DEI Council and chairing the Technology pillar for CSCMP’s Transportation Center of Excellence. With 28 years of supply chain experience, she holds an MBA from Roosevelt University and a bachelors’ degree from DePaul University. Jennifer is actively involved in Step Up, mentoring female students, and serving on their Midwestern Board.
