Senior Director, Transportation and Logistics

Ticia Schaub is currently the Senior Director of Transportation and Logistics for Ricoh North America, overseeing the overall supply chain and internal fleet operations. During her tenure she has been instrumental in significant freight cost reduction, international deployment of tracking and tracing programs, and adoption of standardization of CO2 reporting across Ricoh worldwide. Prior to Ricoh, she served as the Director of Operations for L’Oreal USA; where she assisted in major organizational changes moving from divisional transportation teams to a centralized corporate environment. These efforts lead to improved lead times, increased adherence to customer KPIs, and a reduction of freight expenses. Ticia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from South University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management, and an MBA in International Business Management from University of Phoenix.
