Breakbulk Academy: Finding your Path in the Breakbulk and Project Cargo Industry

What does it take to be successful in the breakbulk and project cargo logistics supply chain? Working in this demanding, niche sector of logistics is different — but how and why? What are the top five characteristics a newcomer needs to succeed? Conversely, what can companies do to better attract new talent, whether fresh out of college or early in their careers? In this Breakbulk Academy session, three thriving industry newcomers — logisticians working in the field for five years or less — will discuss what has worked well in their career journeys, what could have been strengthened, what they see ahead, and how they would describe the “who, what, how and why” of a breakbulk personality.
