Julia Bedanova is the Chief Operations Officer at Million Dollar Baby Co. (MDB Co.), a Los Angeles-based leader in baby and children’s furniture founded in 1990. The award-winning organization produces some of the industry's most sustainable and innovative designs for 7 distinct nursery brands including Babyletto, Namesake, DaVinci and Nurseryworks. In her 8 years at the company, Julia has transformed MDB Co.’s approach to supply chain and analytics, as well as organizational alignment and employee engagement. Prior to her time at MDB Co., she was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations group. Julia earned her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
